Avocado Toast with Super munchies Achari chickpeas

 

A recipe that will satisfy your taste buds while also keeping your body healthy.

Ingredients:

  • Toasted Bread - Sliced bread of Choice Butter
  • 3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Super Munchies Achari chickpeas

Instructions:

Guacamole:

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for the best flavours.

Toasted Bread:

Melt the butter in a microwave and smear a bit of butter on each side of the bread. Place the bread slices onto the pan and allow them to brown a bit on both sides.

Assembly:

Top the Toasted bread with desired quantity of guacamole and add Achari chickpeas.
