Tandoori Hummus with Tandoori sweet potato munchies

Hummus is a common Mediterranean dip made with chickpeas and garlic. Here is an Indianised version that is just right for desi food lovers!

Level :


  • 2 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 cup soaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp fresh curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Tandoori sweet potato munchies
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Chilli powder to sprinkle
  • 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
  • Supermunchies Tandoori Sweet potato chips



Combine the kabuli chana, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, curds, tandoori masala powder, 2 tbsp of water and salt, in a mixer and blend till smooth.


Spoon the mixture into a serving plate and pour olive oil and sprinkle chili powder and parsley over it.


Refrigerate till use and garnish it with Supermunchies Tandoori sweet potato chips!
