Hummus is a common Mediterranean dip made with chickpeas and garlic. Here is an Indianised version that is just right for desi food lovers!
Combine the kabuli chana, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, curds, tandoori masala powder, 2 tbsp of water and salt, in a mixer and blend till smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a serving plate and pour olive oil and sprinkle chili powder and parsley over it.
Refrigerate till use and garnish it with Supermunchies Tandoori sweet potato chips!
